Recently reported by wonderwall.msn.com, with 2010 winding down, we all wonder what the new year could have in store. Some of us don’t have to, however. To have a peek at what 2011 will bring Hollywood’s biggest stars.
Wonderwall consulted Ron Bard, a psychic with 26 years of practice and who counts some of Hollywood’s elite among his clients. Bard, who this year launched online psychic community The Channel Channel with Kelsey Grammer, offered his 2011 predictions for the biggest stars of 2010.
Jennifer Aniston
According to Ron, the former “Friends” star can expect a run of good fortune well into 2012. “Talent-wise, there’s a constant rebirth and regrowth …. Towards the fourth quarter of 2011, I feel she’ll be shooting a movie and that movie will be up for an Academy Award.” Plus, there’s hope for her in the romance department. “In the next two years, she will meet her soul mate,” he said.
Lindsay Lohan
Ron isn’t enthusiastic that Lindsay will mend her ways in 2011. “If she doesn’t clean up her act in the next six months, it’s not going to be happen …. She’s very talented, but I don’t think she’s going to have another chance to play that.” Ron also worries that Lindsay’s legal troubles may continue. “This year is going to be full of court battles for her — not only for her behavior, but she’s going to be getting into court issues due to her taking money for endorsing products,” Ron said.
Robert Pattinson
Ron sees a glittering future for the “Twilight” vamp. “I would compare him as the next Brad Pitt on steroids …. All I can think of is ‘Academy Award, Academy Award, Academy Award.’ He’s going to be one of the biggest stars of his generation.” However, before Pattinson can
reach those levels of super fame, he may need to change his management or legal representation in the next year, Ron says. From then on: bigger and better things. “I feel one of the next movies he makes will be up for an Academy Award. If not, it’s a crime.”
Taylor Swift
Taylor can expect more success overseas, and maybe even venturing into politics. “People don’t even sell records anymore, and her records have made people love her, made her America’s sweetheart,” Ron said of the country star. “But I feel Japan being a very big place her in the next few years.” Ron said Japanese rocker and producer Yoshiki Hayashi may be the one to help Swift secure lucrative marketing deals that will cement her star status in Asia. And Taylor may even emerge as a respected voice in international politics. “I feel like her voice would carry words and momentum,” Ron said.
Jake Gyllenhaal
As Taylor Swift’s star rises, her relationship with Jake may be strained. “She’s a young girl; he’s a nice guy. Bottom line is that she’s going to be going through a lot of growth.” Ron explained that Jake may have to put up with some “professional jealousy” as a result. In any case, Jake will be propelled in 2011 by his inner goodness. “He’s a nice guy. If I was drinking a beer with him, I’d think, ‘Hey, this is a great guy.’”
Willow Smith
The nine-year-old had a bang-up year, but Ron thinks her newfound fame might have been too much too soon. “She’s not ready. It’s going to cause her to be difficult to deal with. And I think she’s getting [pressure] more from the mother than the father,” he said. Ron explained that if Willow’s famous parents keep pushing her, groups will form online in the next 18 months to take her down, “attacking her, making her feel bad about herself.” Instead, Ron suggested that the family should “maybe let the mom whip her hair.”
Justin Bieber
Tired of the Biebs? Well, you may come to love him yet. “He’s going to gain more in popularity. It’s almost like the next Michael Jackson. His popularity is going to grow, you know, and we may find that before long this kid is the next king of pop,” Ron said. Things just couldn’t get any better for this teen sensation. “His head is on pretty straight for someone who’s gained this much popularity so quickly.”
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
Though Ron is confident Brangelina will survive 2011, he feels 2012 may test the relationship. “I think when he left [Jennifer Aniston] it was in the hopes that he would do something more for the world. I just see that it’s a constant tension that’s growing,” he said. “A lot the illusions that the relationship was started on are going to be evaporated … 2011 is going to heat up, [while] 2012 might be a time to say ‘this is just not working out.’
Gwyneth Paltrow
Ron explained that when Gwyneth started to become disliked in Hollywood, she pulled back, only to reach out this year to different audiences with “Glee” and “Country Strong.” “Whoever thought of that — probably her — was brilliant. She will have nothing but good luck, particularly with young people …. We’ll see her up for an Academy Award or a Golden Globe over the next year to 18 months.” Ron also said Gwyneth’s break from the spotlight did her good. “Something has changed. Maybe it’s the kids.”
Johnny Depp
Don’t think that the failure of “The Tourist” will derail Johnny’s acting career. “It isn’t going to hurt him,” Ron said. “I think the answer is that he’s someone who is going to always be with us as an actor. As for ‘The Tourist,’ I don’t know why he did it. For anyone else, that would have been almost career suicide. For him, I think it’s going to be something that will be quickly forgotten.” Ron said Johnny can expect major awards in the future.
Snooki
It may not surprise you to hear that Ron thinks the “Jersey Store” star will continue being, well, Snooki. Explains Ron: “I don’t think it’s an act. She is behaving the way she behaves.” What’s more, Snooki’s natural “charm” may see her moving onto more projects in 2011. ”I think we’re not going to see the last of her. I think she has a life as an actress. It’s one of those freak-of-nature things …. America is grasping onto these reality characters because they’re familiar to them.
Bristol Palin
The controversial “Dancing with the Stars” competitor will stay in the public eye, Ron claims, but she may benefit from a personality polish. “I think in everything she does, she oversteps the line. She gets people not to like her by stupid remarks she makes. We’ll see more of her [in 2011].” Bristol needs a change in attitude, he adds. “She just seems to be so negative. As long as she remains in a negative mode, she’s going to continue to create enemies on the Internet,” Ron said. “She didn’t learn any of her interactive skills from her mother, that’s for sure.”
