Singer Ke$ha Working On Her ‘Psychic Abilities’

Keisha Psychic

Recently reported by mtv.com/news, the popular pop sSinger tells Seventeen magazine about touring with a spiritual healer. Hmm, so can a psychic reader or spiritual healer really help your singing?

Ke$ha is a party monster who sings about cute boys and dancing the night away. She regularly paints herself in body glitter and is about as outspoken as they come, so it might come as a surprise to her fans that the “Tik Tok” singer brings a spiritual healer with her when she hits the road.

“I have a spiritual healer on tour with me, and we center our chakras before every show,” the Seventeen magazine November cover girl reveals. “We meditate and try to hone in on my psychic abilities, and go to acupuncture, and eat super organic.”

But, as she promises in so many of her tunes off Animal, she is also a big-time party girl. “I could party in a cardboard box with people who are funny and don’t care,” she explains. “For me, it’s really about who I surround myself with, so I just try to always be with hilarious people.”

And even though she has topped the charts with rollicking party anthems, there are still those who criticize the singer.

“I accidentally read a review, and it was really positive, but at the end it said, ‘We don’t really know if she has the best voice,’ which is bullsh–!” she says. “That’s the one thing I’m most confident about. I don’t have the best body in the world, but I know for a fact that I have a really good voice.

“It really bummed me out that somebody didn’t see that, and then I got upset. But it just made me realize that this is an unveiling process; it’s just going to take time. I’m just proving myself to people.”

As much as she is known for her songs, she is also known for her interesting fashion choices, which include body paint, feathers, fur, boots and just about anything you might find in a gypsy’s suitcase.

“I just like playing with makeup and clothes — so I really don’t feel like there are rules, and if there are rules, then I think it’s up to you to break them,” she says. “That’s why I’m wearing blue lipstick right now, because most people would probably say it’s not a good color for your lips, but I’m here to show them that it is.

“I love wearing the exact same thing all the time because I think it makes you like a cartoon character,” she confesses. “They always wear the same outfit, and everybody always remembers them for it, so I feel like I should do the same thing.”

6 Men You Should Avoid Dating

Men to Avoid Dating

By Guest Contributor

Here are 6 men with particular characteristic that you should consider seriously while dating. Try to avoid these men!

Man to Avoid #1 prefers spending time at gym and talk about his workouts most of the time. He has a life time membership at this gym. He has all the latest gadgets and home entertainment systems. Most probably, in such relationship, you will never see him as he is always down at the gym. He will spend more time in the bathroom then you do.

Man to Avoid #2 wants, and in fact, insists you to spend every waking moment with him, refusing to let you go out for yourself or spend any significant amount of time with anyone else. Any kind of your suggestion or explanation of his or your need of spending time with friends and families will only bring up argument in which you would have to prove your love for him may be 100 times. Remember, if you can’t have a little independence in your relationship, it’s never going to last.

Man to Avoid #3 always wants to be the center of everyone’s attention, no matter where or with whom you are. In order to get this attention, he may use one or many of the following techniques: talking excessively or may be too loud, wildly gesturing, telling unbelievable stories, or one or the other thing.

Man to Avoid #4 is mamma’s boy who either lives with her and if not that pop in for tea every other day and goes for Sunday dinner. She is the one who helps him out with almost everything. His mom is the best person and the perfect one in the whole world. Having such a partner will bring up one problem, you will never live up to his mother and although he will love and cherish you forever he will take his mother’s side every time. Time and again he will keep comparing you to his mom, no matter what you have done for him.

Man to Avoid #5 always treats you like a princess and is the perfect lover for you. He dresses well and is out to impress every woman he comes in contact with. He will, of course, have trouble remembering your name, with all the women he has on the go. He will have all the excuses for not showing up. You will have to compete with his phone as he has so many calls to return and text messages to answer.

Man to Avoid #6 is a workaholic and is so much in love with his work. He is going places, but will he be taking you with him? He is always smartly dressed, has great taste in decor and eats at the finest restaurants. However, his work will always come first. May be you have to make an appointment to see him. He will take you to elegant dinner parties then leave you with strangers while he talks shop.

It’s not all black and white. There could be men who has more than one of the above traits but could still turn out to be a great partner. There could be men who have any of the traits and can be even worse, but after talking about it, he overcomes it and could become a wonderful partner.

You should simply watch out for the types of men that take things to the extreme and make you miserable. And see if there is any possible chance of improving it. A successful relationship is one where both the partners understand, respect, care, appreciate and love each other.

7 Tips to Activate Your Psychic Powers

Recently reported by associatedcontent.com, developing your intuition is a healthy way to take charge of your life and use your own inner psychic powers to guide your life to greater happiness and fulfillment.

The below methods have been developed to help you reach deeper of your intuition and find your psychic powers.

Tip 1. Open to Spirit and develop an awareness of your own inner world through meditation, prayer, and a loving desire to live a life of service to all living beings and the planet. You’ll be amazed at the richness and joy you’ll experience as you tap into your inner world. Children are especially adept at exploring their inner worlds, so take your child—or your inner child—on an exploration of the wonders of meditation and deep prayer.

Begin with the intent that you wish to explore the place of love within you. Use a guided meditation CD, music, or meditative breathing. As relaxation spreads throughout your body, allow yourself to experience the love that you are, the truth of who you are. Begin deep prayer work by thanking Spirit for your life and that which is in your life, then relax and ask that it be revealed to you the ways you can be of service to life and live a greater, more expanded and exalted life.

Tip 2. Build up the pathways between the left and right brain hemispheres with easy-to-do-crossover exercises. Cross the right hand over the front of your body and tap the left foot seven or eight times. Then, cross the left hand over the front of your body and tap the right foot seven or eight times. Repeat the exercises, but this time cross your hand over the back of your body.

Practice doing things with your non-dominate hand, such as opening doors, brushing your hair or teeth, or even writing. In addition to opening more pathways in your brain for intuition, you’re also creating more brain power for problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Tip 3. Heighten the awareness of each of your five senses. Intuition may be called the sixth sense, but if our five senses are dull, we can’t expect the sixth sense to be sharp. Our lives offer an endless playground for our

five senses. Mix up your five senses. Begin by holding an object, any object, such as a stone or piece of cloth. Become intimate with that object. Look at it until you can see it with your eyes closed. Then ask yourself what the object tastes like. Use your imagination. You don’t actually have to put the object into your mouth and taste it.

Once you’ve gone through all five senses, mix it up and ask yourself questions such as: What color is the taste? or What does the object’s sound feel like? Then go to the next level and ask yourself questions such as: If this object could speak, what wisdom about my life would it tell me?

Tip 4. Become aware of the whispers from Spirit by becoming more aware of life in each moment. Be open to receiving information and guidance to help make your life better. Nature is a wonderful teacher for intuition. Pay attention to the animals that cross your path and the winged ones who grab your attention. If you live in the center of the Midwest and a flock of seagulls dip and dive all around you, listen. Are they asking you to let go of your worries and soar with them?

Nature is alive with stone people, cloud people, tree people, and a myriad of others who speak to us all the time. We only need to listen.

Tip 5. Journal and dialogue with that which is greater than you: God, Goddess, a spirit guide, an angel, the highest self of someone you love and trust who has passed over. Choose a regular time to meet. Following morning meditation is ideal. Use your favorite blank journal, and just start writing, or if you’re a visual learner, draw. It doesn’t matter what you write, just write, or draw, and keep on going for about three pages. It usually takes about three pages to get pass the objections in your mind that keeps you from accessing your deeper nature.

You’ll feel the shift, and once you do, write a question, then write the answer. Don’t judge the answer as you write, just write down the words that come to you. This is a subtle process. Don’t expect shouts. Trust what comes. Later, go back and read what you wrote. You’ll be amazed at the wisdom that comes through your inner world.

Tip 6. Play intuitive games with yourself and others. Before getting into line at the bank or market, ask yourself which line is the quickest. Gather a group of photographs of different people that are all the same size,

turn them upside down, and then guess whose picture is on the other side of each photograph. Use your intuition to stay safe. I live in deer country. Every time I feel the deer near, I slow down. Sure enough, deer will be around the next corner or over the next hill.

Tip 7. Let go of control and surrender to that part of yourself that is connected to Spirit. None of us are in control of life, but we are in charge of our lives. We can choose to experience life to its fullest. Or not. We can choose to be grateful for what we have. Or not. We can choose to live a life of service to our own lives and to all humanity. Or not.

Trying to hold control is like trying to stop a river from flowing. Taking charge of your life is becoming the master of your own destiny, flowing with the river and laughing all the way, and allowing your intuition to guide you to a greater, more fulfilling life.

These steps to awaken to your deeper intuition and activate your psychic powers take time and practice. Be patient and loving with yourself. Tapping into your intuition comes in its own time, but comes only after you take the steps toward your own greater self.

4 Tips to Obtain a Spiritual Mind

By Guest Contributor

You are dressed for success when you use both your subconscious mind and your Spiritual or super-conscious mind. The subconscious mind, wonderful though it be, is instinctive merely, lacking inspiration and what we call originality, while you can achieve success by training your subconscious mind, you can spread your wings and fly to success by tapping into your Spiritual or super-conscious mind.

Tip 1: Inspiration comes from the Mind.
All inspiration comes from the Universal Mind, via the super-conscious. All poets and inspired writers get their inspiration in this way. This higher mind is not recognized by Psychologists, but it has long been known to searchers for spiritual truth.

Tip 2: Tap into the subconscious.
What we get from the subconscious is the outcome of facts and knowledge supplied to it. What we get from the super-conscious is direct inspiration from higher planes. This higher mind might also be called the Mind of Illumination, for those who can enter into it become illumined, being able to know the Truth and see things as they really are, and not as they falsely appear to the senses.

This limited consciousness in which we live is bounded by our five senses. The universe that we see around us is partly real and partly an illusion. The real universe is Spiritual and infinite: what we sense is a limited, partial conception of a fragment of it. Our limited, human conception of the universe is entirely misleading and false, and so long as we rely on sense evidence and the human mind, we remain in darkness and uncertainty. When, however, we can rise into the super-conscious realm, our consciousness expands; we develop our wings and fly to success, transcending the senses and the limitations of the physical plane.

Tip 3: How to access the Spiritual Mind.
The Spiritual mind is, of course, only accessible to those who are more delicately attuned to its finer vibrations. Nothing that is worth having can be had without effort, and it is only after much self-discipline that it becomes possible for the student to raise his consciousness to this higher realm and understand life from the standpoint of the Universal Mind.

One who is properly attuned, becomes, through the super-conscious mind, a recipient of knowledge that is above human, and wisdom that is divine. He knows by direct knowing: he becomes wise through an influx of Divine Wisdom. He is able to distinguish between the real and the make-believe, between the gold and the rubbish: he is also able to see and recognize the right path in life-a thing utterly impossible to the mind of the senses- and to tread it, thus being led into the only true success and real good of which his life is capable.

Tip 4: Wisdom comes from within.
Let it be said here that all Wisdom must come from within. While books and the written word may be helpful, it is the Spirit within the reader that illumines the word, and makes it real and true to the seeker after Wisdom. One who realizes that he is illumined within by the Divine Spirit and that this alone can bring him into real knowledge is well advanced on the path that leads to realization.

The wisdom of the human mind always leads to disappointment. It is based on the evidence of the senses, which is false, therefore its findings must always be lacking in real wisdom. One who relies upon the inspiration of Divine Wisdom has often to decide to take a course of action which, apparently, is opposed to his best interests. Yet, if he follows the inward Wisdom, he finds that he is always guided aright, and, later, has cause to be devoutly thankful that he followed the gleam, spread his wings and flew to success.
